These terms explain how you may use BatchTool's browser-based image tools, workflow editor, templates, and local processing features.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing or using BatchTool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, tools, templates, or workflow editor.
BatchTool may change these terms as the product changes. The Last updated date shows when this page was last revised.
Service
BatchTool provides browser-based image utilities and workflows for tasks such as compression, conversion, resizing, cropping, watermarking, OCR, background removal, object cleanup, and upscaling.
The product is designed for local execution in the browser. Performance, supported formats, and model availability may vary by device, browser, memory, and network access to static assets.
Your Files
You keep ownership of the images, text, workflows, and outputs you process with BatchTool. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, export, and share those materials.
Do not use BatchTool to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful, or that violates another person's rights.
Local Data
Saved workflows and selected workflow identifiers may be stored in your browser using IndexedDB or localStorage. This local data is controlled through your browser and device.
BatchTool is not responsible for loss of local data caused by browser cleanup, private browsing limits, device failure, storage quotas, software updates, or user deletion.
Acceptable Use
You may use BatchTool for lawful personal, creative, operational, and commercial image workflows. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass technical limits, abuse hosting resources, or misrepresent outputs as official BatchTool content.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. AI, OCR, compression, and conversion features can produce imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected results.
Templates and Examples
Templates, presets, sample workflows, and documentation are provided as starting points. They may not fit every marketplace, compliance requirement, brand rule, or production environment.
Before publishing or uploading processed assets elsewhere, verify dimensions, file size, format, quality, accessibility, metadata, and rights requirements for your use case.
Availability
BatchTool may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features may depend on browser APIs, third-party packages, static model files, and hosting infrastructure outside your direct control.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchTool and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Privacy
Use of BatchTool is also governed by the Privacy Policy. It explains the local-first processing model, browser storage, and network requests used to deliver the app.
