Technical support: Tell us which tool you used, what browser and device you were on, the input format, and what happened before the issue appeared.

Feature requests: Share the image task you are trying to repeat, the formats or size limits involved, and whether it belongs in a single tool, template, or editor workflow.

General questions: You can also contact us about privacy, local storage, workflow templates, or how BatchTool handles files in the browser.

BatchTool is designed so normal image processing happens locally in your browser. Please avoid emailing sensitive source images unless you intentionally choose to share them with us for support.

When reporting an issue, a screenshot of the error message, browser name, tool settings, and output format is usually enough.
